Go for it! There's a lot to code on this car, very little knowledge out there. We can fix that. So far I saw garage pilot and park assistant listed, but I have to figure it out how to code those and others. I'm getting a power source bc it drains the battery very quickly.

Battery charger/maintainer for coding sessions.
Got it at batterystuff. Vendor and manufacturer very prompt to reply to my noob questions.

Porsche recommends 90A, I went with 75A mostly because of the drain versus jumpers I have in my garage.

I did that on my 991.2, painted crimson to follow the Bordeaux leather, but I took the **** out, painted and click it back. I'm too cheap to buy the whole thing.
Btw, Porsche is the cheap one with this ****. Look at Audi and MB solutions.

Where did you guys get these from/about how much? Looks amazing! Was it an easy process with the install and everything?

I bought the switch and had TAG Motorsport paint it for me. Don’t have my car yet so I couldn’t take it off mine. Porsche won’t just sell you the ****, you have to buy the whole switch. Apparently it’s easy to just pull of and swap out but haven’t tried yet.

I don’t have my car yet and Porsche won’t just sell the ****, that’s why I bought the whole switch.

It seems like something Porsche could easily offer as an option and charge an inflated price for but they don’t 😁

When I got my 991.2, they would sell the whole steering wheel if you antes to replace the switch. So it's still absurd but it's improving.

Any reason you didn't put the Neolink under the passenger seat?

Any chance you remember the link of the place you got the switch from? Also if you don't mind sharing what it cost for TAG to paint and the whole **** itself? Thanks!

I bought the switch from the dealership. Apparently it’s easy do just pull the **** off the car, but my car hasn’t come in yet so I ordered one. Porsche won’t just sell the **** so you have to buy the whole switch. I think it was just over $200 for the switch. Having TAG paint it wasn’t very much. With shipping and all maybe $100 but I started this over a month ago so don’t remember for sure. The trickiest part was finding the right paint code for Python Green. My dealer had a hard time finding it as well as TAG. The first attempt ended up being Lizard Green so they had to do another one. This one looks like Python so now I just need my car to show up to install.

Appreciate the information! I will definitely have to get that done at some point. It’s too bad Porsche won’t sell the **** so we can have a bunch and choose the color we are feeling that day haha. Love the green! I’ve always wanted to do a green mainly a British Racing Green for me but could never stomach the pts prices. Enjoy the car!
