Key1 in jet black metallic in a Bordeaux red leather sleeve.
Key2 in Bordeaux leather in a black leather sleeve.
... to match my interior and exterior.
How do you like the jet metallic black ext with the bordeaux interior? I recently ordered a JMB exterior with the black/bordeaux two tone interior in leather. I think it looks great in the pictures but wondering if the blue hue that you see when the jet metallic black is under the sun clashes with the bordeaux at all?
Nice looking at one right now for my daily driver (Audi) and depending on how easy install and functionality and use may add on for my 992 when it comes. What swayed you on this one vs Backvue DR900 or 750s and others if you don't mind asking? Also can you share pic of rear camera mount please. Trying to get an idea of how large these things are also...thanks. Did you do your own install BTW?
Below is a pic of the rear view cam. I went with this setup particularly for the ease of use -- it does what its supposed to do and I didn't see the need the crazy bells and whistles (4K etc) and always good so save some money where you can. Yes, I did the install myself pretty straight forward --- happy to layout the steps if needed as long as you are comfortable with pulling off panels and lifting carpet.
I really like your floor mats, Do you mind sharing where you purchased them?
Pretty sure they are made by Lloyd Mats ( they are actually licensed by Porsche to use the logos) & they offer a very wide range of colors / logos / edge bindings all w/ factory anchor points. They have a pretty extensive website. Here are mine.
That front luggage compartment storage net is Porsche part # 992-863-284-A-1E0 - click here.

So I ordered part 992-863-284-A-1E0 but don't know how to install it. My frunk doesn't look exactly like the picture in this post, or at least I don't have anything like the attachment hook/part circled in the upper-right. I also have an existing hole in the frunk wall where I can stick the left end of the net apparatus, but don't see how to do that along with using the little edge piece circled in the bottom left. Was the trunk net installed by the dealer?
I bought the 911 and the macan a new garage floor.
We have a double garage and before we owned the house it was used a snooker/pool room. They had 5 layers down starting with damp proof, foam, chipboard, insulating foam, then a real oak floor.
stripped it back to the concrete base (it stunk, mould and damp) so waiting for it to dry a bit then the new pvc interlocking tile floor goes down in a week or two.
I bought the standard clear side markers and front mats. And today my interior cover made by Porsche arrived that works with Aerokit cars.

I'd love to know the step by step. Especially for the rear camera and routing the wire. I have a Blackvue. Just waiting on my 992. Thanks in advance.
CPOed my almost one year old car today, so that I have 3 more "care-free" years left (in terms of warranty). In Europe, the new car warranty lasts only 2 years (why?!?) and if you buy the CPO extended warranty before the first year ends, you'll get it without the "notorious" 111-point check-up or any other hassle. You can buy it for 12 or 24 more months at once. As a cherry on the top, you can also pay a bit extra to have the Porsche Assistance -service to continue along with the warranty (which is not a bad deal if something breaks while on the road). I love how inexpensive owning this car is, even when it's not breaking! Have a great Friday, everybody - drive safe.
