Official waiting room for those with a new 992 on order --- come on in !!
So the great news is that my Carrera T build was confirmed on Christmas! Allocation in and build scheduled for 3/17. I have Leipzig Euro Delivery approved on my build, but since the offices are closed, I wasn't able to schedule that with them yet. When my TYD went live, there was a delivery date in the US listed for about 110 days from now and freeze date has been updating every day. Now my delivery date is blank... is this because I have Euro Delivery (hopefully) and the system knew that it wouldn't be shipping the car right after production was completed?

Car arrived at the dealer today-this morning TYD had it at the same spot as when it was unloaded from the boat. Just for yuks I checked TYD around noon and it was at the last dot-at the dealer. I called my dealer and it was there so I went over and the SA went with me to a lot 2 blks away where the truck dropped it off. I got to see it before it was prepped, and it looked extremely clean which really surprised me. SA let me sit inside and start the car. He said all cars are in limp mode when they arrive which prevents the car from going over 15 mph. This was done by Porsche to prevent the guys by the boat from driving the cars fast and causing incidents which had happened in the past. SA said they are backed up in prep and maybe tomorrow it might be ready. I asked what is done during prep and was told they set the car up to a computer and program a bunch of stuff, clean and wax the car, and remove the blocks from the suspension which prevent the car from bouncing during shipment.

I wonder why so many of us are on the 12/23 on vessel timeline when no vessel actually matches that in the table.
Hope to make the 2/4 boat!!

My SA is on vacation this week so I can't really confirm one way or the other, but I'm assuming the factory is closed between Christmas and New Years and this information just hasn't been updated. And at some point early next week my dates on TYD will be pushed out to a new arbitrary date. Either way, TYD has been a source of frustration for me. My car was a 2022, rolled to a 2023 with an original build date of June. Updated numerous times, new order processing date of Aug 1st (when it was rolled to a 2023) rolled a few more times, production finally started in mid Nov, finished Md Dec and at the port since the 20th. It would have been tight to make the Aristotle but I was told it was "looking good".
And speaking of "looking good", at this point, I suspect I'll never get production photos either.
Have any of you had TYD update your arrival dates or is it still sitting in limbo?
The dates in TYD for on vessel seem to be detached from the actual ship schedules, so I would not put any stock in them.
During my entire journey, I found that the shipping schedule always held true compared to TYD.
That having been said, the "Arrival at the Dealer" date started out as 12/30 and changed only once to 12/23, which wound up being spot on.

I'm waiting on a 718 Spyder that arrived at Emden 11/7. My timeline in total very similar to yours and have had delays all along the way. My "on vessel date" has been pushed back a couple times but has been at 12/23 for weeks now. Since that date has passed there have been no updates to TYD so I assume I'm also in limbo. My delivery date remains 23 days from today is I'm also awaiting the next arbitrary date. Perhaps we will be shipmates!
I am about to pick up my GT3 this weekend from my dealer.

My TYD has updated numerous times and is often delayed. Tracking the ship was much more accurate after it was loaded. My GT3 got to Emden 10/21 and left 11/21. It has been at Baltimore since 12/9 with an updated delivery date of 1/6.
