@Icegrill - yes, been using F12 frequently. When doing so, vehicle status is V300 and current location shows "PlantZuffenhausen", but nothing in TYD has updated since Dec14. Hopefully they don't lose any more keys!
@TUD - how did you know your car arrived last night with TYD not updating and SA not having info? Assume you could see the ship prior to TYD not updating
@pgap718 - 1-800-PORSCHE (1-800-767-7243)

I knew which ship it was loaded on in Emden via my SA and I paid $100 for a month of live ship monitoring.
SIEM CONFUCIUS is departing Jacksonville now, two hours late. Per the Jacksonville Port Authority it was originally scheduled to depart at 1900 (7p).

@TUD - I was able to add my GTS to the My Porsche app moments ago. Haven't tried for a while as it had a series of prompts, but this time it just auto-added when keying in the VIN, linking to my phone and account. I recall reading somewhere that meant it was unloaded.

Thanks for the heads up. I will give this a try as I have tried multiple times before and it wanted me to send proof of ownership.

So a couple days ago, it made a detour to Falmouth, UK (instead of Halifax, CA) with an ETA of Jan 5, 12:00. It looked like it was anchored for a while, but now seems to be heading across the Atlantic, but the last terrestrial AIS position is from 15 hours ago.

@rr_gts not sure what this ship is doing... first it said destination Halifax and then changed to Falmouth..... when I was following other ships (from TUD) the final destination never changed on the tracker.... we got very unlucky with our ship....

Track Day
![Default](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/icons/icon1.gif)
A few posters on Reddit mentioned:
- their car, also on Siem Cicero, experienced damage
- a different car was released for transport and transported yesterday to Dallas after the delay
Sounds like there’s a difficulty in finding drivers due to holidays and are limited in number of cars they can transport. This tracks with my sales rep mentioning more or less the same. It is a network of providers that transport within the region and aren’t exclusive to any one dealer, so there’s a bit of a backlog.
