in Canada we have myporsche which has almost the same features as TYD.
now it shows
2. Your vehicle is now scheduled for production.
it shows no VIN however only my car dealer recently got the VIN.
so I was wondering if having the VIN automatically means that the v300 has been completed
I'm in Canada too - I can see my VIN as a part of stage 2 - your vehicle is scheduled for production. Click on the "Discover current Phase" button - it's a the top of the resulting screen if it's been ported to the app.
Having said that, my car is confirmed on a ship heading to Halifax, but my app still says "Scheduled for production"...

Not necessarily. It could still be on the assembly line. Here in the U.S., there’s a screen on the app that shows us the VIN# and a picture of our car from the configurator.

you make me curious, are you the person who is waiting for a 4GTS (in the Siem Confucius now)?
I did what you said and this is what I get when I tap on the discover current phase:

ok I thought getting the VIN is when we completed the v300
Bank issues since I apparently was moving up to a higher asset class than my existing auto line history supported. PFS put a precondition (sell my X5M lease) that I wasn’t willing to agree to, and unfortunately 3rd party financing (Premier Financial was happy to take it on) wasn’t an option with me being out of state.

GOOD POINT - Sorry for the misdirection. What I should have said was when you use a browser to go to www.porsche.ca and log into my porsche, go to overview and from there you should see the Discover Current Phase button. Click on that and this is what I get (VIN removed)
I haven't found my VIN via the app on my phone or ipad.
Mine is a Spyder on it's way to BC eventually...and my car is on Siem Confucius right now.

This is what I get from the website (see the picture) and no VIN still , but my dealer can see the VIN .
I have one macan on the way to BC as well (same boat).
maybe we have the same dealer lol
Kelowna Porsche...
My VIN showed up on the day my car went into production, but since then I've seen absolutely no updates and the car is confirmed built and in transit to Halifax. I think based on the sheer number of posts in the last 10 days discussing issues with updates, they are having some challenges. If the Dealer has a VIN for you, production has to be pretty soon...

Oh I see, mine is in Vancouver.
the car is expected to be produced next friday, maybe thats why.
I thought it was already produced because of the VIN.
but in that cas I should have had a notification from myporsche about reaching the 3rd milestone I think
Anyone else had their car sitting at Emden since December? My C2S arrived there 12/20 and has missed the last few scheduled ships. It’s now scheduled to be on a vessel on 3/4 according to TYD. Anyone know which ship that should be? Almost 3 months seems like a long time to be sitting at the port, are they protected from the elements?

I’m there with you, been waiting at Emden since 11/25. Hopefully our tires don’t have flat spots already.

Your vessel will likely be the Glovis Cosmos. Well, that’s if your car is bound for the west coast.

Mine is scheduled on the same day to Baltimore. The closest ship that would fit that date is the sfl conductor
If you want to track the ship your car is on, I've found the best website (most up to date with good maps) is shipfix.com
Punch in the name of your boat and it will remember next time you get on the site.
I've found that it is usually within an hour or two with the updates.
Other sites can be days or more between location updates.
My car is on the Glovis Sonic and is heading towards the next port near Mexico City.
It was fun watching the 2 ports in Columbia and the transit through the Panama Canal.
