Latest update on my 4GTS has it sitting in Emden, says estimated exit is 03-04-22 arrival at Halifax. Can anyone confirm if its the Siem Aristotle that's loading on that date?

 

Estimated to reach Emden 3/18/22 per the shipping schedule I have. Arrival in Halifax is estimated to be 3/30/22.

 

the color looks great. Is that Shark Blue or a PTS?

 

Going to Jacksonville, so looks like the Supreme Ace is maybe the next one up. However the schedule says that’s at Emden 3/11 not 3/4, so I guess I should expect more delays. They also just updated TYD to say it arrived in Emden yesterday, and not 12/20, ..which seems a little dishonest to me.

I’m still more concerned about possible issues from it sitting out in a port in Europe for 3 months during winter.

 

Does this mean if the X5M lease was sold you would’ve been able to secure the 911?

 

Hey all, checking in for the last time. Flew up to Chicago today to sign the paperwork. They were detailing the car and loading her up this afternoon to head to Texas. My first Porsche! Carmine Red.

Thanks for all of the tracking assistance you’ve provided us over the past month. We’ve all appreciated it. Before you go I have one last question: How were you able to obtain the updated shipping schedules for vessels bound for Emden?

 

And, if so, why not just transfer that lease to your girlfriend?

 

For all of the RennLister’s on the west coast, the Glovis Sigma is at Bremerhaven and will be heading to Emden to load cars. The RCC America is arriving at Bremerhaven and will be heading to Emden afterwards to load cars as well.

 

Anybody else with a car on the FA, being told an original spec'd option is not available? In my case PDCC not available.
On the other hand took the opportunity to delete a couple things I had changed my mind about. Deleted ventilated seats and GTS side decal.
Considered deleting lightweight and noise insulated glass based on the cracking issue reports, but in the end left it.

I wish I could tell you I had a "connection", but the reality is I just checked some of the other topics within the 992 forum and would look to find the latest one I could get my hands on and then saved it on my PC to use in posts. The ships movements mean little without the context of the shipping schedule. It seems there are a few people that have access to that spreadsheet and occasionally post it up. Best of luck!

Little did we know that tracking ships would have another layer of "excitement" as they may spontaneously combust at sea. The sales rep at the dealership said that after that ship burned their phones lit up with people looking for Porsche's. Believe it or not the car eventually does get to you... Good luck to all!

Surprisingly, my TYD updated today (Sunday). Now it says on vessel date March 4 (was March 18 after getting pushed back a few times). I’ve been at Emden since Jan 17. Hoping it is getting on Siem Cicero, which is still in port at Emden. Mine is headed to Jacksonville. If anyone gets verification they are on Siem Cicero, please post!

 

Mine says March 18th to be on vessel as well, but heading to Davisville. Hopefully on a transporter soon. FYI I was in Jacksonville this weekend and saw the port where the transports unload cars. We were headed to Amelia island and drove right past the port
