But if you take a look at the "Left Front Axle Lift on Overnight" thread, Porsche explicitly tells users to not leave FAL activated while the car is parked (because it may damage the system's hydraulics). Can you imagine the stresses a FAL system would be exposed to if it were left active during shipping and transport? If the FAL is indeed left on by Porsche, perhaps this is the cause of the system failures some customers have been experiencing?

@freesole and @audi4t, if you guys are here, let us know if you ordered FAL on your cars?

Another possibility is, the front shocks have not had time to settle after manufacturing has completed?

Anyone have thoughts or other ideas on this?
My photo appears to show the FAL engaged and I did order FAL as well.

I thought shipping blocks were installed in the front end suspension, this may give the illusion that FAL is installed and active.

For those of us on the US west coast with cars currently waiting at Emden but no planned ships due in San Diego / Benicia during March, let’s pray to the RoRo gods and hope Ingrid and Melanie can find us a ship….

Thank you for the update... I was just wondering if anyone had received their car from Baltimore yet. This car has been a exercise in patience that is for sure...

Porsche keeps moving up my allocation. It was originally August delivery, then May, then moved to mid-April yesterday, then early-April today. I'm shocked they moved my build up twice in a 36h period, esp. since it keeps moving my CFP up.

Anyone elses build dates getting moved up?

That's very fortunate! Mine was submitted on January 16th and still sits with Feb.21 lock date and April 01 production end.

Mine was moved up about a month, but you're movement is impressive.

I genuinely thought that my dealer swapped which allocation I had, but nope. I technically never saw the "August" delivery, that was verbal from the dealer -- but the rest has been in TYD.

I wonder if it's an options-related move up?

If they swapped your allocation then the Commission Number would have changed. As long as it's the same commission numbers, then it's was just moved up...
