I don't have ST
but my RS was delayed from oct 23 to may 24...
I just find it fascinating.
if my products failed to ship on contract date, my ENTIRE year's profit is GONE plus damages incurred for clients + likely lawsuit and loss of reputation and future contract.
but here we just sorta watch it delay oh well.
This.
i feel the exact same, it is really poor and totally unacceptable
The wait continues for us waiting for the ST to arrive, be build, be delayed..
It would be nice for them to at least provide updates for the delayed builds and broad outlines of what the delays for.
First real sensible thing i have heard you say..
Joking aside, i now just do not believe them, AT ALL..
For us in Europe its Carbon delay, poor Paint on Carbon ( I actually had serious paint defect me my first PTS 992 GT3 with Paint bubbles on bonnet/rear wing)
Now its Heritage Interior delays..
Its all excuses.
They need to step up, own it and respond in the matter that's professional, it wont happen i know
Pushing Compleation dates back and back a day or so before completion is real bad, at this present time i just don't know when ill see my ST

I am scheduled for Euro Delivery June 12th, all paperwork completed. At this point I am anticipating it will be cancelled even though I have the pic of my car basically completed. If that happens I will be livid as this has happened to me in the past with early build dates on GT cars. One time Porsche gave me a loaner car, but since going public as a corporation Porsche has really tanked on the Customer Service Front. This time I could see the response being more “Sorry, but you are lucky to have the car period.”

Its actually past the point of shocking customer care.
I am End of May (supposed) Completion which lets be honest i DONT believe AT all, with a Mid June Into my Centre for handover
An st for the sun and a dakar for the rain/snow/city is the perfect 2 Porsche solution
As for delays… unfortunately you won’t find an answer… my gt3 was built in April/may, I got the completed photos in June and the car arrived in late November 2022… I still have no idea why
There are several Pcar colors with large swings in tone in varying light conditions. In my experience (configurator, PEC chips, in person) this is one look for Manaus/Pantone. I almost ordered it but went with Yachting blue which can be a silver, a dark blue and 10 shades in between all at the same time dep on light. Porsche IMO tries to paint a middle ground shot - not wrong but this is too dark and only hints at the Teal blue nature of Manaus especially prominent in sunlight.
Hope you still like it! It's unique! Meer - Yachting - "Pantone" - outdoor at PEC Meer - Yachting - "Pantone" flourescent light
Hey y'all, new to the forum and had a question regarding the st. Buddy of mine just started a relationship with a dealer (ordered a turbo s). He asked them about an st out of curiosity and they offered him one for 200k over. I told him I think that its stupid money and not worth it. Would like to get your guys input on this, and how much over would you guys being willing to pay?
I feel like the going rate is above 200k adm. so not a unreasonable deal. You will hear a lot of banter about where value is headed as a result. Suprised that a turbo s warranted that offer.
however, I would not pay the 200k given I’m a touring owner and don’t see the value delta being that large. To each their own.

thanks for the input, I was shocked too that he was offered it the car. His turbo s was a pretty high spec but I don’t think that has any importance.
With almost no purchase history and being newer to the brand, that is on the lower end of the ADM range. Whether or not that's a worthwhile figure is up to the buyer, but the very few other remaining allocations seem to be in the $250-300k range at the moment.
One sold recently for $250k over and the spec was already locked in so someone paid a $250k ADM for a car arriving in May that was already built, just for context
