Spend the entire evening looking at the ST, discussing the car in details with AP and his team. Sat in the car briefly, felt the clutch (heavier than the clutch in the GT3), and played with the shifter (about 30% shorter than the shifter in the GT3). The car looks very promising but I won't know personally until September/October of next year with my July production
For those of you who are planning on doing CXX on the ST, be quick. The CXX spots are taken up very quickly over at Zuffenhausen!

Of course they will charge interest, but that doesn't mean you can't put a giant down payment to offset that interest payment significantly.
Your calculation is based on a minimum drive off. What happens to the interest payment over 12 months time if you put down 250K? Assuming you are purchasing the car, what difference does it make?
Yes, there will be some added cost to the leasing the car, but it will be nowhere near the 50K or even 29K as you pointed out in your calculation.

One of several elements that will displease a lot of people and confirm my suspicion that all this is just a money grab under the marketing guise of flipper mitigation.

disclaimer for "overly passionate": I think it's a really cool car, and I almost certainly can get it at MSRP with some horse-trading, but in 95% of driving use cases I'd prefer RS, so I'll just get that (I don't like manual, like RWS, absolutely hate rear clamshell, and don't have to drive with windows down unless I want to)

Rather sure this is Bahama yellow and it looks great with silver wheels and silver decal, it’s a beautiful vehicle, the in person presence just can’t be captured in video

Sold our 2022 Touring. Zach nails the issues with the Tourings suspension. The road noise was unreal, I never could get the seating position right, The car always felt big, ICE was annoying. Rear steer felt fake. Lots of short comings IMO.
Our previous 2018 Touring was a better all overall fun car. I would buy another 991.2 Touring and would not a 992 Touring.
Looking forward to our 718 Spyder RS.
