This thing will blow your mind. The clutch feel is in between a 997 and a 991,(I couldn’t wipe the smile off my face) the shifter is so nice and I have no doubt it will be a future classic.

Why doesn't Porsche do this with the GT3 and GT3 RS models?

Hope not, because then you don’t get tax credit for trading towards a purchase of a new car (a big amount in many states, though not all states only charge tax on net purchase less trade value).

From personal experience and knowledge I can say with certainty that they are not destroyed. they are stored and driven .. long story about a certain 997 4.0 that Manthey punched out and... Can't register them but they can AND WILL be driven

While the lease plan MAY impact flippers it will definitely raise the secondary market price as now depending on what state it is leased in it will raise the price for total lease cost and sales tax lost on trade in. Flippers may be hurt but ALL non-flippers will get hit.

It did have mfg plates on. I tried getting the guy's attention by honking next to him but he looked around confused instead.

Despite the lease agreement preventing “flippers” I wonder what the average ADM will be.
