the message changes depending on what they’re selling (not a complaint, just causal observing)….. this manual will offer “maximum involvement”… but when it is PDK only the story is different LOL.

I am watching the video now, but I like this car. RS motor, 6 speed, no rear wheel steer. I live in the US but I would sacrifice babies for the CF rollcage, and put up with the clutch/flywheel combination.

I'll take mine in PTS Amethyst Metallic, Aurum wheels with a Cognac/Pepita interior.

Expecting car and driver to go ~3.1 seconds in the ST all else being equal

Of course it does, it's marketing at its finest.

Only new car I can afford in Spring 2024 is the Spyder RS.
How much is too much for a new variant of the evergreen 992 GT series?
Anyways, good luck to those with the garage space and funds to get one.

Porsche marketing: old white dudes with too much money drool over the gold badges with serial numbers on cars that look like the other thousands we built, but are willing to pay $100k more to park it in a garage. How many versions can we come up with?? Hold my beer…

My dealer has already had his phone blowing up about this car today. I hope to get the call because I think it’s special. I passed on the gt3 touring but I think I’d get this. Now how to convince the wife to put up with another Porsche. And that cf roll cage…drool

I'm hoping one can get the wheels of the blue car but with the decals of the black car.

I know all store that are "in good standing" with Porsche will get at least 1, so that's very nice for some of the smaller stores that never get any of the cool stuff, like we used to.

Excited for this one.
Jason, what qualifies as dealer in good standing??
Thx!
