For what it is worth, I have a 2021 Spyder, that I ordered and took delivery of in July and I get a little dust but that is from the road. I have Black wheels and they show dust more than other wheel colors IMO. I also had Black wheels & PCCBs on my 991.2 Targa GTS and I am experiencing the same amount of dust on both.
The judder is real and is evident even in moderately spirited driving. I really can’t wait to get the 991 pads on the car. I think it’s going to really help everything.

Its so bad I wouldn’t track the car with the stock pads. I am wondering if the judder is the result of a defect in one of the rotors.
I am just playing devil's advocate here. Do you think putting the 991 pads will be safe for the rotors? Do you know 100% that rotor material is identical to the previous car? Wouldn't Porsche void any warranty claims related to rotors if they saw the previous pads on them? Not sure how much research you have done on this or if you are just going with gut feeling.

Hey man I appreciate the thought and it’s definitely something I am thinking through. Fortunately from what I can tell the compound in the PCCB discs are the same from 991-992.
From what I can tell, Carbon ceramic is exactly that and there is not an issue. Definitely still an open question though as I am not 100% in this question.

Sean, hope all is well. I went on a mountain drive last Tuesday on your old roads and one of the guys I know he’s a driver at the ATL Experience Center his name his Henry. May want to see if you can reach him as he has lots of seat time in that Shark Blue GT3, and we were talking about the performance and he said the brake feel is different as Porsche went with a softer pedal. You may be use to the 991 brakes vs the new? Just a thought I’m sure you can get one of those drivers on the line, now that doesn’t solve the dusting but maybe the judder? Good luck

Swapping back to the 991 brake pads shouldn't cause any issues. Porsche had/has two different compounds for the 991 as it was- the GT3 models are spec'd with a harder compound for higher temperature tolerances for track duty which results in a lower cold temperature bite. The Turbos use a softer compound specifically to address cold brake bite/feel complaints from customers feeling like they paid $$$ for PCCBs and "they barely feel like they're working". Drive a 991 Turbo with PCCBs and the stock supplied pads back to back with the GT3 or RS with PCCBs and stock supplied pads- both with cold brakes, and the difference is immediately noticeable despite the calipers/rotors being identical. You can use the 991 Turbo spec pads on a GT3/RS if you'd like but if you track the car it'll eat the pads rapidly. Moral of the story- as long as the pad is designed for carbon ceramics, it'll be fine.

IIRC, you had observed that the caliper placement of the 992 PCCBs is different vs the 991 PCCBs
Raises question of what else is different in 992 PCCB system, aside from pads
If the pads and calipers are different, ABS programming might be different as well. Albeit small, there might be a difference. You might get ice brakes when you expect it least. I have had an experience like this in another car. I'd take it easy and be careful.
Shocking to hear about the dusting issue. Coat the wheels with something like Kamikaze Stance Rim Coat or Gyeon Rim and you will be able to remove the brake dust with just some water pressure.
How do they perform? Do they feel any different than the 991.2?
