Burning Brakes
The WORST time to sell, or worst reason: You're worried values are dropping, and you sell for that reason. Right OR wrong about predicting the future, it's an awful reason to sell.

This post is for all the onlookers on this thread, there may be an opportunity here for essentially a new car offered at $ADM included: https://rennlist.com/forums/market/1381016

That build is similar to mine, and I don’t think my car is worth anywhere near that asking price.
IMO, anyone contemplating spending that much should look at a 991 GT3/RS, 991 TTS, 992 TTS, 4RS, and McLaren - all cars that I own, have owned, or will own soon. 992 GT3 is a very good car, but IMO it doesn’t stand out as superior in that crowd.

Lots of people would take your 30k offer, that is simply unavailable to anyone in a coastal/hcol market; it’s not reflective of the market at all.

What’s the general market for a private seller wing 2023 PTS, 6 speed, LWBS with 4K miles? $203k MSRP. I might unload mine to get into something a little different.

@WenigerAberBeser you should sell it at MSRP so you aren't like all these crazy stealers out there!
All jokes aside, I'd say between 40-70k over MSRP is realistic. As others mentioned, some of it likely depends on your PTS color. At this price point, there is possibly someone who would pay a premium to get a car that aligns with their desires very closely. In my opinion, once you are already spending 250k, another 10k or so doesn't really move the needle and I'd pay the extra to get the right color/options.
