I was offered a 992.2 build for April. I'm insanely pleased with my dealer and SA.
$30k in options, mandatory. Perfect because my build is just a touch over anyway.
Must buy the watch, no biggie.
Euro delivery, which I wasn't wild about at first. But the more I think about it, if the worst I have to do is take a trip...thats much better than $50k-75k ADM. I'm figuring with the watch and trip, I'm at a very favorable price point for a 992.2 GT3

I had a dealer try to sell me this type of 992.2 vaporware as well. Buy another CPO car or two from us and I'll get you a GT3 in summer 2024. Sure,I have some beach front property in Wyoming I'll trade for it.
I'm done with the dealer games. Let the prices go up down whatever, when I see what I want for what I'm willing to pay I'll get one. My urgency and desire to have a GT3 is 00% gone in this market and level of dealer games.. I officially have GT3 fatigue.

I made multiple offers to trade in my GT4 to dealers for a chance to buy a well optioned GT3 at sticker (offering even to take quite a hit on the trade in on the GT4) and absolutely none of them wanted to deal.

well my order updated today. I guess we will see in April.
all the dates populated. Maybe I mis heard, NGL I was just pretty pumped to be in at msrp plus the watch.
I will say I guess it’s possible I’m being added to the last of the 992.1 run. Either way, for the price I’m happy. U guys know more than me on dates.

I got the allocation less than 24 hours ago, and yes, I jumped at it and was very excited. It was a whirlwind of a phone call with my kids playing in the living room with me, so please forgive me if my buying experience wasn’t your ideal buying experience.

lol. It’s not disingenuous. I firmly believe most of the people in this thread couldn’t pass Econ 101 if their lives depended upon it. MSRP is just a label assigned by PCNA. It doesn’t mean anything about the actual market value. Literally nothing. It could be measured in units of color instead of currency for all its meaning. It’s not even the wholesale price dealerships pay.

I think it has more to do with the stipulations attached that makes this announcement feel some what like a ruse.
I’ve heard of the watch and occasional ppf. But an option minimum requirement and ED. That I’ve never heard of.

well I know it’s a GT3 at well below market value. I wanted a 992.1 allocation. So why would I be upset if it’s 992.1 or 992.2?
