I don't know the answer to your question. I won't be surprised if Porsche sneaks in some GT3 builds here and there for the next several months
this particular allocation is Feb Build

As a data point I have a GT3 Touring, manual, steel brake car landing this Friday that is 70k over MSRP.

Is that what it sold at? if that's what you're asking, it's not really a data point until we know how much it actually sells for

You're correct, it hasn't been sold yet. That's just the price my contact at the dealership gave me.

Will be interesting where this ends up.

No Reserve.

Already about 150k above MSRP

dealers local to me are asking $250k adm for the GT3 RS - so looking at $500k+ all in!

they will not get that
My predictions is ADM on these will keep drifting downward as Porsche sorts out supply issues and send more allocations
also there is the SC and ST
also .2 GT3 is apparently coming out end of 2024
i Know demand is high now for Porsche in general , but there are not enough people to buy all these cars with these crazy markups . I own/owned 3 GT3RS and refused to pay 75k ADM for 992 earlier this year and this was first allocation dealer had , and I am sure a lot of people are in my shoes
these cars are great but MSRP may be a little more is a fair price for them

There were allocations out there for $100k-$150k ADM so good luck to them.

This hammered at 447k.

MSRP of 283k.

So an ADM of about 164k (not including BAT fees).

And this was a used example.

I would imagine a configurable allocation would command at least another 50k premium on the open market, if not more.

Not really, I was offered a few allocations $100k-$150k over in the summer time by a few brokers that I know. As more allocations come out the ADMs will drift lower.

But but but dealers are saying they have years of buyers on wait lists.
