Yes, this is maybe I am more sensitive than usual, but this thread has really started to become more and more uncivil, with more frequent attacks on character. If people don’t like it, then they can just unsubscribe from it… or not partake in it.

well, however much the GT3 does depreciate / correct from here, I assure you it'll have nothing on what will happen to 720s prices. Huracan prices as well.

720 prices didn't experience a really steep run up, so they don't have as far to fall. A 720 that was $280k in March 2022 isn't trading at $230k today. But right now we're seeing GT3's that were at $300k+ going RNM at $250k or less.

Understand your point but I think you'd be surprised at what the $280k 720s at peak would get nowadays. The BAT auctions and the 260+ cars for sale that aren't moving would indicate $230k is a good proxy, tbh. However I guess what I'm saying is, a 720s could easily fall to a price that's 40% lower than MSRP at the bottom but doubt that's happening for any GT car.

That green GT3 is gorgeous - I love it.. Congrats. I am on a green kick (maybe a mid-life crisis) and would love to get a PTS GT3 in green.

Also Diablo - enjoy your new GT3 it looks great - appears to be a nice spec.

I think that ADM's will come down - however, these GT3's are so good and in short supply that they are resistant to big depreciation. Yes the crypto crowd is quiet and those who finance are getting hit and liquidity is drying up and things are uncertain - but at $220-$250 - these are in a class of their own. IMO of course.. At $300K+ - the decision becomes more complex as there are several alternatives that come into play.

I agree with everything you say. The haters just dont want to accept the fact that you cannot get this kind of performance at this price point, from any other brand.
In Econ. 1, we learned that "substitutes" come into play when prices go up. But as the saying goes, at this price point . . . there is no substitute.

There are also just 911 people...like regardless of what's out there, some people just come back to Porsche/911s at the end of the day. I know because Im one of them...as much as I've tried for the most part every other kind of car 😂.

for instance look at the total views for that listing. Then compare to the ruby gt3 that currently has 5 days left. There’s already more views and watchers.
