A place to discuss all things ADM

I have pointed a few people in the direction of allocations at a lot better than El Diablo and Rusman suggest. Never followed up so I have no idea who bought what
We have gone from the lowest asking prices of around 300k online to sub 250k in a very short order. Yet you are telling me the sky is not falling on 992 GT3 prices? How so?
You guys saying I cannot get a custom build allocation right now? Because I can...So what is this talk about production is over and "all the spots" are filled up? If I can still get a custom allocation....Production isn't over trolls.
Lastly, to give perspective there are 16 2022/2023 GT4 for sale, and 181 2022/2023 GT3 for sale on Autotrader right now. Back when the 991.2 gt3rs came out, I never saw more than 40 for sale...181 is relatively a gluttonous supply
This is just small dealers trying to flip in the 11th hour while they still "can".....MSRP is coming faster than you'll want to admit to yourselves

"MARKET IS CRASHING"
"WORLD IS ENDING"
"GT3 WILL BE 30K UNDER MSRP IN NO TIME"
Dude has had one GT3RS and paid ADM for his current GT4 and is just going on a rampage to derail this thread. Quite annoying. I do find it hilarious that he's constantly ****ting on any and all forms of ADM when he paid one for his GT4. Cute.

Market for the GT3 is not crashing just like the stock market or real estate market isn't crash but all of these markets are bleeding lower. Here's a novel concept to follow....don't fight the fed. And just like the stock market and real estate market, the car market (including Porsches) will continue to drift lower in 2023. Anyone who doesn't think that GT3 prices aren't heading lower in 2023 is not living in reality with headwinds like higher interest rates, higher employment, lower stock prices, etc. But hey, all of us that have GT3s are ballers who shouldn't give a crap about what prices are because we should be enjoying our cars.

You know, the ones that have the biggest problem with our posts are usually the ones that paid the highest ADMs. And if he bought his cars from just about any CA dealer, the likelihood that he paid some hefty ADMs for his GT cars unless he's a 918 VIP.

The clown commentary in here is just ridiculous.
Yes, GT3 prices will not stay artificially ridiculous like they were in late 2021 to earlu/mid 2022.
Yes, GT3 prices will probably creep down a bit more in 2023 as they have in late 2022.
No, you probably aren't getting a new GT3 allocation or a very gently used/low miles GT3 in 2023 for MSRP unless you are somebody with remarkably good Porsche connections.

If we have a sharp recession in 2023 - as some are predicting - I think the appetite for these cars will drop and we’ll see substantial price declines, i.e. bursting of the bubble. This bubble was due to the pandemic and the response to it, and the effects won’t last forever. They’re just cars, and they’ll always make more.

What about true blue chips like F40 or CGT?

I don’t get the 6mt fever thing and sofas as some prefer and probably never will get it . PDK and buckets all day and everyday
