It is very unfortunate that buyers of high end sports cars in high demand seems to have health issues so frequently right after purchasing.

Do you mind sharing the name of the P dealership that has this bonus allocation for $50k ADM?

I dunno. Someone could set up an anonymous poll here on RL, but RL may not be representative of the population of GT car buyers.

No, it’s not.

And the people that respond would be even less representative

1.) I never said that they were the same.
2.) I simply disagreed with your claim that they were not a "well-informed" buyer.
3.) The buyer at BMW of Cleveland clearly indicated in the comment section that he was going to be driving this car and putting miles on it. They're not planning to sell it at their dealership.
4.) But if you want to continue comparing both of those transactions on BAT, feel free to do so.
5.) I was simply countering the claim made by (some) that GT3 prices were "collapsing".
6.) Yes, I am aware that $85,000 is $25,000 less than $110,000. Thanks for pointing out the obvious.
7.) For someone that appears to pride themselves on identifying "value" and "well-informed" buyers, I cant help but notice that your

"I've picked up FB, ADBE, in the last few weeks and AFRM today" - - - post back in mid-March hasnt aged well at all. In fact, those stocks have been decimated.

Doesnt sound like you were all that "well-informed".
🧐

Which direction(s) do you think it's skewed?

Yeah, that's the story they'll stick with if they can't sell it for a profit. haha

In the direction that a guy who makes low six digits and stretches himself razor-thin to buy a $300k car isn't going to admit to it on a forum, anonymously or otherwise.

While the guy who makes 8 digits isn't even going to open the thread.

Yeah, I suspect that the truly rich aren’t wasting their time on RL, and certainly not in a thread where us poors are fretting over a mere tens of thousands of dollars. They must think we’re a sad lot.

There's like 6 people posting on this thread consistently. And I'm here like

While I like posting about adding more miles to my 30k mile 991.2 Touring.. I do enjoy reading ADM threads because of the information and disinformation being thrown about. And of course the political bashing of both sides. **** guys - things aren't looking great for car prices but it's unclear where we will land. Anyone who knows.. .please PM me.

And of course there are some here who paid a "modest" ADM and simply dont want to post what they paid for fear of pissing off their dealership and their salesmen that sold GT cars with higher ADM's to other clients. There simply is no upside to doing so.

If prices are dropping, good for buyers but bad for sellers. Always two sides to a transaction.

I’m looking to both sell and buy, but prefer to spec the car(s) I buy, so timing is a little more complicated for me.

I mostly find this thread to be mindless entertainment, the same way my wife finds the real housewives to be entertaining.

I just got a new GT4 that I'm very happy with. I'd love to add a GT3 and realize that I'd need to pay some sort of ADM to get one now or anytime in the next few years.
