$134k MSRP. If those PCCBs have more than 50% life than it’s not a bad deal for someone to negotiate $50k for.

I would say the interior was nice...at one point. Look at the marks in the passenger space and on the dash. They also show no pics of the driver seat. Very odd selection of pictures. I bet it is not so nice in person. The miles aren't so much of a concern as the trashed interior.

yes, definitely noticed the worn steering wheel which i kinda understand due to 80K miles, but the loose threads @ 6:00 is not cool. There are marks on the center console leather, limited view of passenger seat looks marked up, if not a small tear. Light colored floor is going to get dirty but dealer should have cleaned that up.
Maybe ill contact dealer for better selection of pics.

For sure a nice spec and worth consideration. Here is what a well maintained one looks like with 25K more miles.

Missing front spoiler/splitter and very grubby looking tailpipes. Doesn’t seem to be very well prepped.

I'm a big fan of that color interior in the early 991 cars. I think it was only available in 2012?

You would think that the dealer would fix/clean the car before taking the video. Very poor effort.

Probably went a little like this: “I need a brake job on my 2012 911 with PCCBs, how much?”

“Let me get you an estimate. It will be $32,206.74 for parts plus labor.” (per Jason Fenske, it’s for a Cayenne but it must be similar for a 911: https://youtu.be/ZCj83_uF9dE?t=557 go to 9:17)

“Uhh, maybe time for a new car instead. How much will you give me for a trade?”

Speaking of PCCBs, this 2019 911 T looks interesting. $85K for $126K sticker. No CarFax is posted (so would need to confirm no accidents) and paint looks heavily swirled but it could be a good deal:
