What info do you have to support this? 996 generation is the only generation that has seemed to take significant depreciation. All other generations seem to hold value better than carreras.

Yea but it's.50 cents a mile mark down as far as I can figure and most 911 Turbos are what...3k-4K miles a year? Go with 4k miles times 6 years that's 24k miles. That's a $13,500 markdown. I've been thinking of buying a 991.1 turbo they are a friggin steal right now.

Just saw this 2014 C4S on autotrader. 21k miles, asking $79.5k....original $173k MSRP....wow?! Seems like a great deal for what appears to be a clean car:

If you like cabs and with clockgate you might get a nice check to add a powerkit.

Lol, clockgate! Do you wait and see? Do you sell before if selling? Do you buy before if buying?

There's an accident showing up on Carfax. I know nothing about the car, but it seems to be priced reasonably. Color is rare and it's manual. Could make someone a fun little car.

Do you think there's going to some kind of restitution?

Don't you think they'd be more likely to "fix" it for you by remapping it to "California standards"?

Its def possible. There are a lot of states that adhere to the same smog rules as CA.
