What did you do to your 991 turbo today?

76/70 Kline stainless. Decatted but had spacers built in. All vacuum lines are zip tied and confirmed they are on. Everything I can see is solid. Ypipe and tb and plenum all good. Codes are p299 420 and 430. Last two being car codes and 299 being under boost code.

299 is certainly attributed to the exhaust leak or some sort of hose/vacuum line somewhere. Chasing these can be a PITA once everything is buttoned back up.

299 could be a few things.
Look at the electrical connector to the turbo and make sure it is perfect.
Then inspect the turbine flange to header for leaks.
Then all charge pipes.
Then diverter valve.
It will show up somewhere.

Helping a few guys this weekend so I don’t remember if I mentioned for you to try a clutch relearn yet? That’ll balance the actuators to extent. It could be since you replace the turbo chargers the actuators are slightly out of sync. Doing a clutch relearn is the best thing you can do without getting a PWIS to do a full calibration and it will probably work or it’ll adapt. Unless there’s actually a boost leak but it didn’t look like it. Let me know how it goes. On the exhaust I’ll admit the hardware isn’t the greatest ever but it’s a British thing lol. With that being said, we’ve had really good luck with Kline always. To that point, there’s absolutely no flex anywhere in the system. That’s how precise it is. So usually especially when doing it on the floor and the best thing to do is loosen everything a little. Make sure it’s all free and happy. Then tighten up a little by little sort of like your torquing a wheel on the car. And she should button up very nicely. Feel free to send me a note if you need me bud.

So far it only did it once and hasn't popped up again. Double checking everything, but for now just cleared it and it hasn't come back. I did get a weird PASM error, U048 or something but so far CE lights for cats and underboost didn't come back. Letting it cool, then will fix the exhaust leak. I will say it sounds good and pulls very hard.
