It's very geographically and geopolitically dependent IMO. No such issue in the DFW burbs, at least not in mine.

we are feeling this in Pittsburgh, where appreciation on big home is minimal , below 2 % annual ..
so if you want to live in a home that will appreciate the next 10 years or so, your best bet is a town house and their value is increasing at 6-7 % annual because of the demand

Lots of 600LT around. I like them. Considering trading my current RS for one. I have a manual GT3 and two GT3s seems a little overkill. However, I am happy with what I have.

I'm glad to read that the 620R will be limited to 350 units worldwide, as U.S. would get a little less than 100 units. But as proven, limited numbers do not guarantee decent resale, U.S. has around 135 600LT Coupe and same number of Spiders, back when the only limited number car from McLaren was the P1. Today, we have P1, Senna, 675LT, 600LT, now 620R, so McLaren is not helping much on their resale side, and next year there is another LT coming based on the 720S.

The base price increase over the 600LT is significant, the 600LT was at $240k, the 620R at $300k. Add options and 620R would be touching the $400k after leaving the dealer lots. Makes an used 720S at $225 look like a true bargain.

Nice to have Pirelli fabricate the first 20" true slicks. That will be welcomed on the Cayman GT4 and 991 GT3 crowd.

Curious as to why they relocated the exhaust outlets back to the 570S position, the exhaust will be heavier than the 600LT, and the press release weight reduction numbers make it look like it is heavier than the 600LT (maybe related to CL wheels, exhaust and extra aero hardware).

Finally a Sport Series producing decent downforce numbers, they are pretty close to the 991 GT2RS numbers in the standard (normal) setting.

Have you priced out a 620R that you are so definitive that the MSRP would be $400K with options? FYI- the 620r base price comes with the roof scoop. A decent spec 620r is going to be about $310K or so.

Reminds me of all the track 991 models... gt3, gt3rs, gt2rs, rsr, etc. Sounds like they are trying to capture even a smaller niche with the 620r

Probably wanted to remain true to the GT4 racecar, which has the exhaust in the 570S position.

Looks like the MSO X won't be as special anymore.

Yes but to be fair... Chicago and State of Illinois politicians created the mess that they are in. Can’t judge the country by what Chicago is doing.

By me (Milwaukee suburbs) the housing market is so hot that houses are on the market for a few hours and selling over asking prices. People are moving out of the city of Milwaukee and out of Milwaukee County. People are tired of the high costs, crime and horrible schools in the city of Milwaukee.

For example Eight years ago I moved out of West Allis ( Milwaukee County) and moved to New Berlin (Waukesha County) I moved 2 miles away and my car insurance dropped, boat insurance dropped, paying less property tax on a larger house with a larger yard, sales tax dropped. I’m saving money and surrounded by happy neighbors. What I’m seeing by me is people once again moving out of the big cities.

Well I am bummed....I really do not fit in any McLaren.

600LT I can’t even get into...The coupe version no way possible, the convertible I got in barely ...did squeeze in finally but knees are in the dash and head is on the headliner. I got in a 720 a little better, knees had a little more room but they are too close to the bottom of the steering wheel and my head has a 1 finger gap to the head liner. Totally not comfortable.

I fit best in a GT3...good room and feel like I am more down in the car. I fit in a Ferrari 488 but feel like I am sitting on the car and not in the car.

I am 6’5” 240...not fat not skinny..avg. I am just not built for exotic cars and most sports cars.

try a 675LT. I think you’ll fit. Much better car anyway
