Thanks for posting!!
Interesting that Harris talks about what pretty much every other professional review of any Mclaren mentions, and that's that the front seems 'undertyred'.
I've often wondered why Macca persist in fitting such small rubber on the front. I get that it helps with steering feel; precision, etc. but has to be contributing to unnecessary understeer on a road course.
Hopefully owners will chip in and give us their impressions.

I think the 600LT Spider is the last model for the current Sport Series design. Keep that in mind when considering a 570. Unlike the 991 -> 992 there is no announcement of info on the next gen 570 but there's a decent bet it'll adopt the design language of the 720. Depending on your POV that might move 570 prices materially. And that announcement can't be too far off.

Makes me wonder if I should just get a 997 cup car for track work instead of the GT3 street car.

I dont normally go to the cars and coffee, but go out this morning for a drive and went to the charlotte nc one. It had about 20 or so there. seems to have replaced the Ferrari scene. Also a boat load of Lambo guys. I think they have a growing fan base. I just think Taller guys cant fit? Everyone in them, and the Lambo's were really short guys. There was a baby blue 720s, tall guy, but said he cant drive it with the top on. Whats the height limit, guessing anyone over 6ft would be out of luck?

997.2 with paddles/autoblip software, ABS added is a VERY hard car to beat for the bang for buck short of the rebuilds of engine and trans per the schedule. It averages out to be like 30k for the trans every 50-70 hours and 25-30k assuming not blown for the motor every 70 ish. If you choose a racecar thats not hours based on motor or trans that cost goes down substantially (think 458 challenge car or huracan trofeo or mclaren 570GT4 program cars).

Porsche- zero issues as well. Tons of space for a big guy like me.
