I want a 765LT pretty bad as well. I have never bought a mac or anything from the local Mac dealer though. I did stop by a few weeks ago and looked at the 720 and 600LT, but couldnt' get excited about them. Kept in contact and texted the SA the morning the 765LT came out. Didn't give me the time of day of course. Hoping when it's time to write the check these positon holders get cold feet and I get a call from the SA. If not, I'll buy a slightly used copy for $100k less in a year or two. ![hiha](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/roflmao.gif)

Yeah 765 units for the coupe, then 765 units for the convertible in a year. So car won't be as rare as the 675LT, will it be faster, for sure, but for $200K more though.
When I bought my 570S 3 years ago, the 675LT was going for $400K, it can now be had for $200K.

The 675LT is a great deal right now. If I can't get an allocation for a 765LT I may buy a 675LT if I can find a spec I like.

I've been eyeing this local 675LT for a few weeks now. Boy is it tempting and prices seem great right now.
But I'd have to give up the GT3 to make it work, and I have no interest in doing that right now.

I finally got a chance to drive the 675LT about 3 weeks ago. I have already driven (test-drive) the 600LT, and the 720s/650s/12c/570S on a racetrack (PBIR road course).
Now I truly understand what owners of the 675LT have been saying while Porsche fanatics have stayed somehow numb.
The 675LT is at this moment the best car I have ever driven. I have driven many flavors of Ferraris, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche (including the GT2RS on a racetrack last summer), and the 675LT is epic. It feels like a go-kart, it makes a Lotus Elise feel soft and Touring, it feels as nimble as a highly modified Miata racecar I own with some pals.
I have been shopping for a GT2RS since last summer, prices are still too inflated for what it is. The 675LT on the other end is just way under-valued, this car deserve to be a $350k used car (especially compared to the 458 Speciale and 488 Pista that sell for way more). At this moment, I'm deeply considering trading my 2019 GT3RS for this older car, if I can get a decent value warranty, it would be a no-brainer, if it breaks and McLaren can fix it, that's peace of mind.
The new thing, 765LT is amazing. However, I doubt they will have discounts, and with some 720S close to the $400k msrp, no doubt that a 765LT could list in the vicinity of $500k. On that budget, I would rather get the 675LT (and it prettier too) + a 570S GT4 for track days (it would perform much better than any road car) and there is still money left for a 991 GT3.
675LT is impeccable, and I'm glad that their current price is that low.
