Why do we think there's so much black plastic on the rear? Cheapskates, or paint would get too hot round the (fake) exhaust outlets or behind?

black wheels on black car was cool 15 years ago. as far i see - not many are doing it now.
silver rims are envogue in 2017/2018. just see the .2GT3 deliverys. on the .1GT3 and RS nearly nobody ordered silver wheels. props again to EST!
maybe i would go all black. because more "understatement" you can´t order. a lot of money spent for performance (GT2 in generall + weissach on top) but when black black weissach was not for the blingbling.
+ the absolute mean battle ready look.
I agree. In the beginning The carbon fiber stripes highlights took a lot of getting used to for me. I initially thought about going black on carbon fiber black, but felt it lacked the "Bling" effect and realized Porsche created this design to highlight the carbon fiber panels. But color choice is a personal taste. I think the GT2RS would look awesome if you can go PTS.
