That would've been my guess. I have seen that dichotomy in pressures when my 911 has been sitting out in the sun...T

Picture looks rather like "most turns are to the left" than "sun baking" for me.

Sounds terrible IMO. The classic Turbo fart. Unfortunately you're looking at 6-7 grand right out the factory doors for an aftermarket exhaust if you want it to sound decent. If that's how the future GT cars are going to sound when they go Turbo, they can keep'em IMO...

In a car like GT2RS, do they move the engine forward at all? I assume there are no rear seats?

Not sure about the engine placement, but there has never been a GT car with rear seats...

Thx for the info. My dealer said late 2017 (assuming a 2018 model).

For those with allocations that are the first to have the option to purchase, where do you think dealers are going to price these at? If the 991 GT3 RS is any indication, it will be well over MSRP. How many years did it take for the 997 GT2/RS to start selling at MSRP?

Many good dealers will promise msrp pricing to those with early deposits.

Well no allocations yet....but it will go same as all other GT cars. Some dealers will be at MSRP (all pre sold on deposit "list") and others will get as much over as market will support.

My sales guy said 918 owners have first dibs...only 11 918's in this country. Dont think I'm getting one unless I bribe my 918 friend. They won't accept deposits since the car hasn't been officially launched yet
