Hi there macca. I would say that 7.08.min BTG in GTS is ca. Same same as factory GTS lap 7.28min full sport auto lap.

7.17min BTG is same same ca. as Christian G full sport auto GTS lap at 7.37min.

I only did 4 laps, hence did only 7.29 btg. Please see video description for info. From 3-4 lap did cut 15 seconds. Meaning it would be very easy to cut plenty of seconds if i could get more laps in. Sad I could not do more laps. I feel as always ring rusty as it was One year since I drove the track. Then 4 laps is to less to find speed, also in new car.

Still i did 4 laps more on TF, and now I am more safe as now totaly 8 laps in GTS. But on TF is to much cars....hence its slow...And I will not go to any trackdays now. Dont have time.

if I was to go on trackday today (as now its not new anymore as i got 8 laps in total now) I cut 10-13 sec instant first few laps in GTS, easy. If on full speed flyer and no cars.
Then again I will not have any more possibility to do that now. So it is what it is..
But man the chassie in GTS is more solid than GT4. In GTS you hardly feel when running over the 2 curbs true wipperman S.

In GT4 its diffrent, it dont soke it up as well.
GT4 is so understeery and not as grippy/stabil/planted as GTS. GTS no understeer in stock car👍

Isn't a 7.08 BTG around 7.20 full lap? So you think with the car stock and done practice you can get somewhere between 7.20 and 7.29 full lap?

Want the factory "hero lap" we all watched around 7.28?

Thanks👍. I did bring 12l of water, have not used up anything at all. Its not fast driving, hence it dont drink water. Also due to traffick on TF lappning you could never ever empty that 5l water tank. Sure if you do factory speed 7.28min full lap and 35 degrees you could use some water. This water thing will never be a issu For 98% of the GTS owner. But damn it use fuel. ☺️

8 laps. No water used at al!

concrats👍 I kind of feel, the GTS is special, more so as days go buy. A car built by true entusiast for try entusiasts. My car Is 1610kg full of all fuel. Thats 1690kg when I am on Nur, here you dont feet that pork. Its magic from BMW.

Well done Nur93. Lap looks solid and say you say still time on the table for later when you get back there again.

My bad regards the BTG times. I forgot the difference is typically +20-22s.

I like all the little special details on the car. It does make it very special indeed. Enjoy in good health!

Thanks macca. Must say I Love this car more and more as days go by. As I am of to SPA soon I must set GTS to low tracksetting. We just now did click all chassie to track setting. And will now drop it down 1.5cm front and 1.2cm rear to make tracksetting for SPA complet. But before we drop it down I test drove the new chassie setting. All I say is wow, that a transformation for real. Man the car feels so different and I sure can see it will transform even to superior levels when I also drop it down low. This chassie and car Is way superior to my GT4. Its at another level. I totaly Love this car.

By the way When I got down to garage at Nur in Lidner Hotel There was many looking at my car, taking photo etc. This happen all time. As they show big interest in car I told them I do some laps in the roundabout. Aparently they did make a short cool film👍

I saw one in the lot at the ring this summer. Looked better in person, sadly didn't see it running on track. Post some videos from Spa when you are done.

Very cool to see people get theirs. Mine is Oct production. The cage is standard for the US cars I see. Could we get the next GT3 with the clubsport package then?

There are as I Said many things I like with GTS, this is very solid. See pic, thats when I just did my 4th final lap at 7.29min and got in to pit just after. As One see I stay with in the MPSC2 best operating Window of 70-90 degrees. Thats due to I also is sweet spot on tire pressure. Hot pressure is best set at 2.3 bar front and 2.1bar rear on GTS. Then we will keep whitin optimal range. No understeer in GTS. I am sorry to say but GT4 in stock form
is much less of a car than GTS. That GTS is tuned to perfektion vs GT4 who is far from.

The GTS do get a real cross setup and driver of 75kg is weight in car, thats done at factory. That you feel. Them
GT4 could come how ever set, some better but most worse.

The whole tire is working when I drive Nur in GTS. Not so much in GT4, that car is to understeery. Remember I now stay in pit, hence driven long straight(half that) to get in to pit. The tires is then cooled a bit from that. If I look at this display just while going under Audi gantry / (end btg lap) then its slightly higher temps etc.

My first and only weekend at Spa was 2:45 in RS and from what I hear, I am about 5-6 seconds off the pace of the fast guys in RS.

I guess we will cut a few seconds on the next run you and I.
As far as my driving I am sure I could use the brakes a bit harder and later. Its always a challange to brake deep and hard when in a new car on a brand new track. But overall I am happy and SPA was fun. After I see my data Iguess I could hold a bit higher vmin in some fast bends aswell.

I think the fastest among ouer ca. 80 car groupe of highlevel sportscars was doing 2.43. A friend in a 991 Turbo S and a 991 GT3 RS. Thats what I hear, then again its not all that show up a video logg film to confirm. But I drove with my friend in Turbo S and could not hang with it. Slowly he is leaving me. Got that One on racenavigatorn aswell. Mind you he is doing SPA alot, first time For me also new car.

Also he can drive, so thats normal, a 991 Turbo S is faster than M4 GTS according to German sport auto. 4 sec on the ring and 1 sec on small hockenheim, thats stock turbo. My friend got his camber setup and on MPSC2. Also that turbo sport auto test was even a few kg lighter than M4 GTS.

I must say still my GTS is 1610kg full of fuel(no driver) and 1690kg when I drive it, still car dont feel that porky.
I Love to go back, man on the back straight i feel its fast and fun that fast lefthander end of lap. I hit 219 gps km/h vmax in to bend, proud to only lift small down to 215 vmin going tru the bend. I am sure It can be done flat in M4 GTS, thats how grippy it is☺️. But lets see if I dare to next time🙄
