Laguna is so restricted sound-wise most nice cars cannot drive there full throttle without trickery. Sonoma is amazing but too scary for many supercar owners.

So you don't really know right?
Based on the hardware there 2 weeks ago you wouldn't be stating its low rent.
They hide at thermal. Not been. Several I know who have driven it were not impressed by the track.

Agree with Alexio, in that fxz has completely lost his mind!

Fxz, do you not understand that your impression of things that you stated is exactly the opposite of 99% of those on Rennlist?
What are the chances that you are right and everyone else on this forum, who are also Porsche fanatics, are wrong?

We all know you can't wait for a GT2RS, but it will come when Porsche decides to build it, not when you personally will it to come.

Just for reference, I got an allocation by just asking to have my name put down about 6 weeks ago, got a text this morning saying I got the allocation and to send deposit-- was all set within 5 minutes. Only have 2 cars from this dealer but I really respect them. True car guys.

Thank you in advance for the information.

BWLO is willow springs? I have heard willow springs is a good track. I would be up for a private day there.

Isn't thermal part of a private club, as in you have to be a member to track there?

I think we have finally achieved critical mass. High end Porsche ownership is officially in the same ball-game as getting a hot new Ferrari.

So you went there because you're dirt cheap also? Have you ever been there with a GT3? ... Didn't think so. But, hey keep up with the philosophy, perhaps you'll take a GT3 there one day, you know - when the prices are dirt cheap.

Sorry for taking the thread way OT folks

Drifting, shoot me a PM. Love to discuss

(BWLO is bad shorthand for Buttonwillow. Very different than Willow Springs or Streets of Willow or Thunderhill, which is in Willows, CA. Seriously, what's with the willows?)

Sorry, I'm just a middle class working stiff who has a great group of non-rich friends who I track with. I guess COTA, Laguna Seca, and Spring Mountain are crappy tracks, huh?

BBI is planning a private track day in April either at BWLO or CVR. You in? Bring your RS.

Let's just say I don't want to **** off my cleaning lady any further by posting certain things, as the cleaning ladies, level 1 & level 2, definitely read the forum. But when I read about fxz examining AP's mood, and then his predictions.. Argh... I just have to eat my hat and sit on my hands.
