Has anyone tried changing the tilt of the LWBs? I find that with my helmet on, they push my head forward a bit too much, which brings my shoulders off the back of the seat. Also, I just wish they were tilted back a little more for general use.

You would need to drill new holes at the desired tilt angle on the existing seat pan side plates...then tilt the seat and bolt through the new holes....just like Brey krause did for the 996 gt3 buckets.

I have the same issue, I need a few degrees more tilt.

Has the feasibility of that solution been verified for the 991 GT3?

If you tilt the seat the relationship of your head and shoulders with the seat should not change. The seat angle is fixed. If you want to change your line of sight then that would change through tilting the seat rearward.

Yes, but gravity works in the downward direction, so the tilt back, or even to straight up and down, would help a lot. Also, as I said, I feel like it's just slightly too upright even on the street. I just want a tiny bit more tilt back.

you need something like this...perhaps Brey-Krause will make one or you can drill additional holes for tilt with the existing seat brackets...

+1 on tilting seat rearward. Ideally the butt portion goes down in relation to under knee portion -

4) I brought the car in to the shop for a preliminary look at possible laguna sound remedies. Obviously this won't work since it only drops dB by 3dB and I need a 9dB drop. However, we have some ideas...

Speaking of...We just devised an 'add-on' for our center sections for a customer that went to Thunderhill this past weekend. He is running our GT3 headers and center section with our sound diversion pipes that bolt on for track use, and can be flipped either direction.

Sorry it's been a while since I've updated the thread. Things have been hectic around here lately and I've also been out of town. The work continues, though. Here's a preview of what's coming:

Oops, Brake Press is assigned to BRAKE_PRESS as well, but when I assigned Brake Pos to BRAKE_PRESSURE, it unassigned brake_press. Which one do you have assigned?

Sorry to spam the thread, but I think I see the issue here. The SmartyCam is set to Brake Position by default, so we need to either change that, or click that checkbox at the bottom and enable all the fields, then assign brake position.

I am curious what range you have set for Brake Pressure?

Yup. You got it. You have to change it to brake pressure.

On RS2, I set range from 0-1300

I fixed mooty's smartycam in his cayman over the weekend, it was defaulted to switch, changed to pressure and it started working great.
