Came across a Guards, 8k mile, 18 GT3 with manual, sport buckets, and FAL. Car is located in Fort Myers, FL at Autoquest. The DME log is perfect. I spoke with Amy about the car and test drove. Very nice example if anyone is interested. I ended up going in a different direction but this car is clean. No affiliation.
Nice, would have added advantage of buying from one of the very best Porsche GT shops in the country. Not sure I'd own a GT car w/out their expertise.
FYI it had an accident show up on CarFax (although dealer/owner claims it’s false and is fighting CarFax).
This car is pretty much the exact spec I've really wanted. Porsche Ontario had a similar one last week that sold in like a day that I just missed out on, but I'm not willing to spend 200k on a car with damage. Did you hear anything else when you went to see it?
My incoming 4RS has me considering moving on from my Viola Metallic 991.2 PDK GT3 to a 991.2 Touring. Any off-market touring going up for sale anytime soon? Looking for a driver, not a collector's piece.
38k miles on my touring. sapphire blue, sofas, steels, axel lift, PDLS+. Was going to be a forever car, but getting married next year and getting another house might change that. PSA - there are of stories with this car over in the WTB Touring thread, apparently the car has had front damage and paint work which was undisclosed by the dealer and the dealer has “washed” the incident off of Carfax, which I’m not even sure how that can be done but someone posted a copy of the original Carfax which shows the damage. This is why I love this community. Cool car but storied unfortunately

Do you have a link to this post in that thread? I’m interested in this car but want to avoid anything that might have headaches associated with it (or worse yet, hidden stories).

no damage on the car but dunno what's up with carfax, check my prev post has more details on it. Without this carfax BS we'll price the car 5-10k higher for sure. But it is what it is not counting on my luck with carfax
Haha saw this car too, the dealer told me that they suspected an overdose and vomiting in the car... Sounds shady especially after seeing the damage pics.
