Yes I made him an offer. No pccbs, car isn't fully PPFed, stock exhaust is gone/missing, car has never seen service at a Porsche dealer(not even the first free oil change) and needs the major 4 year done.

indy service techs can do everything. 4 year drive belt is the issue?
From my observation of the current market. Of course what I mostly see is cars that are not selling so we know those are above current buyer tolerance
I am still unsure of what you are saying.
The car in question sold for ~$230k, right around it's original MSRP. I follow this market and I have seen several similar cars sell at similar prices ratios.
I called the shop that did the work. The brakes put on were swapped out to preserve stock. The same owner paid to swap new trofeo R tires for each run.
I'm looking for a 991.2 GT3RS in GT silver (needs to have FAL), preference for silver stitching and PCCB but I can be flexible for the right car. Open to both WP and non-WP cars. Might also be open to a 991.2 PTS GT3 but has to be PDK. Let me know if anyone is selling or knows of someone. Thank you.
