The prices for 991.2 GT3s have drop quickly the past couple of months and cars are sitting on lots unsold.
IMHO in this current market ~$190k for that car in that color with those low miles would be a very good deal. The thing is the longer it sits the lower the price will get but someone will buy it at some point. If you really like it buy it.
As others have noted personal fluids or molds it seems. I'd call the dealer and ask them if they have any details. Interior is easy to clean / replace. Mold is a different story, since that's usually linked to water intrusion.
$30k discount on that car, might be worth it to the right buyer.

Have .2 3RS prices dropped significantly in the past few months? I was considering trading on a Pista and the Ferrari dealer offered me $200K. 2019 GT3RS Weissach, 5,700 miles, Black Exterior, Black/Lizard Green Interior, LWB, PCCB, FAL, added OE Mag Wheels, Dundon, and full Xpel. Was originally from Canada then to the US in 2020 and has a Miles Instrument cluster (Prior to my ownership). Original US MSRP would be around $238K I believe.
