991.1 GT3 with higher miles (37,900) and F engine just sold for 103k. My guess is the higher mileage ones will drop below 100k once the 10-year engine warranty expires.

True, definitely has a bit of a checkered history + it's a Canadian car. However, being a 2015, it should still have 1-2 years left on the engine warranty.

I wonder how much Dundon's proposed FF fix will be. If it's 20-30k, that could still be a great deal if you find a car in the 100-110k range. If the fix is more like 40-50k, then it's not much more of a step to just get a 991.2 GT3.

That’s just how it works with expensive sports car. Look at the Ferrari 458 market, basically every 10k miles is 10k off. Once you hit 20k miles it drops the price by 20k. If you hit 40k+ it’s another 20-30k off that.
