AllThingsPorsches had that car for sale for 350k at one point. Crazy!

And if you scroll up in this thread, there's a lot of conversation about how obnoxious the guy was about it too. He bought it for 300k at the peak.

Grand Prix wants $350 as well. Dang, thought the change in seller would see a change in price. WRONG! However, they were much more pleasant to speak with.

991.1 GT3 with higher miles (37,900) and F engine just sold for 103k. My guess is the higher mileage ones will drop below 100k once the 10-year engine warranty expires.

Interesting sale. Canadian car with two undocumented collisions = a clean Carfax. Higher miles, but sold for $103K - not a bad deal. Depending on the cost to permanently fix the FF issue, a sub-$100K .1 GT3 is a performance car deal of a lifetime.

True, definitely has a bit of a checkered history + it's a Canadian car. However, being a 2015, it should still have 1-2 years left on the engine warranty.

I believe the 10 year for this particular car runs out Dec 2024.

I wonder how much Dundon's proposed FF fix will be. If it's 20-30k, that could still be a great deal if you find a car in the 100-110k range. If the fix is more like 40-50k, then it's not much more of a step to just get a 991.2 GT3.

That’s just how it works with expensive sports car. Look at the Ferrari 458 market, basically every 10k miles is 10k off. Once you hit 20k miles it drops the price by 20k. If you hit 40k+ it’s another 20-30k off that.
