3k mile 2018 manual GT3, PCCB, buckets, PDLS, white. $166,460 MSRP

hammered at $187K plus fees on BAT. good result for the seller.
Happy seller, in this market anything over msrp for a 5 year old car is great.

Own a GT3RS. Not looking to sell but if I did, I’d be very happy for getting over msrp.

When you’re ready…

Theres a ton of cars that are more than 5 years old thay sell for a lot more than original msrp.

Truly, I don’t worry about GT3 values as if I ever sold, would buy something more expensive which in theory would decrease more if same percentage.

but…a 3k manual GT3 with the important options (manual, FAL and PCCB) likely always will sell over msrp

Well considering half the people think the buyer won and half the people think the seller won, I think it probably went for 'market' value. Certainly down 10%+ from where it would have transacted in Q1 this year but still a premium over MSRP

I was thinking the same thing. Interesting transaction vs the white '18 I bought in late August. Mine was twice the miles and no PCCB. Hammered at $185k, so maybe $10k drop since August? The car that sold this week stickered at $166.5k. So with BaT fee, $192k, or $25k over sticker. Shocking it sold without FAL, isn't it???

I don't think its down 10% for all GT3s, other than the low miles, the PCCB and the LWBS that this car had, doesnt really have anything else to make it stand out. There is no warranty left, which is sort of important while buying a car and sort of sounds like a car with not one or two owners but "multiple" owners since no one really knows who drove the car while being owned by the dealer. On top of that, he white is sort of a bland color, but that is of course my opinion lol

white is a 'safe' color for a GT3; while it's no jet green or even chalk, it is probably more acceptable than miami to a broad audience. But in general, a car that was getting 220k at the peak is probably a 200k car today; hardly a collapse but GT3 prices can't defy the gravity that has been affecting prices of literally everything.

Default 2019 GT3RS

I’m helping a friend who will be selling his 991.2 RS w/WP. It’s racing yellow and has most of the desirable options, e.g., PCCB, buckets, carbon fiber, exposed hood, FAL, etc. It’s at 4,500 miles and all stock. Hasn’t been tracked and service is up to date based on time and mileage. It’s scheduled to go in

for its next service in two weeks. It has custom floor mats, stock ones come with it. The front of the car is covered with clear bra. The car is located in TN. DM If interested. Cheers!

Looks like the over msrp phase has just about concluded. Wonder how many underwater dealers are holding these right now.

BAT doesn't set the market it's just another indicator. Everything tends to drop in the winter, it's always been that way. Wait until spring and summer and see prices rebound. I'm not saying I have the answer as I don't but this may be simply the winter softening that happens every year.

Ouch. Thats pretty steep drop. That car would trade at 166k to a dealer.
