Is yours a 991.2 RS, as shows on your profile pic? how many miles? If yes and low miles under 10K, they would probably list it for more than $250K. Do not listen to the advice here where the poster says take the $230K and run. It is extremely bad advice. Drive and enjoy your car because there is no comparable in this market. Dealerships are asking for a $200K upcharge on 992RS builds and nothing will show up here for at least 12 months. There are no allocations, period. The .1 RS cars are appreciating and so are the .2 RS cars. The 2RS prices are getting out of reach.

People that buy these cars with credit should not be buyers...period. And certainly not at this point. Of course, many can argue that the old rates made that more bearable assuming the cash saved was hard at work in equities or some other part of a portfolio--real estate etc. Maybe I am naive, old school and very blessed but using credit for this type of purchase has always seemed nuts to me. Patience is understandable, but honestly for those who do have the cash for this kind of purchase (which should be a scintilla of their net worth), patience is not really required when you are talking about a measly $50K differential. Sorry but that is just my opinion. Old white guy rant over. Carry on.
