$249K is very top of the market (and very close to 992 territory) for even a PTS 991.2, not to mention one with 15k miles.

This is why I suspected there was more at play than FAL and price.
Love the color though.
Great dealership. They get a lot of special and quality cars. Don’t go there looking for bargains. I’ve purchased a couple of Porsches and just bought a new Multistrada PP from their sister shop next door.

not a bad result for the mileage. the seller did everything right to squeeze all the money out of it with the videos and all. good for him!

Nice buy. Sub-200k inventory for .2 manual isn't great, usually involves some spec "compromise" -- sofas, no fal. Think some mileage in exchange for optimum spec makes sense.

This one stands out sub-200k, 1 owner, looks very clean, well optioned https://www.skedaddlecars.com/invent...sche/911/5524/

Agree - $200k seems to be the sticking point of good specs but not really sure where cars are transacting at. The GT silver with PCCBs and buckets got marked down to 205k and has low miles; surely they'd have taken $200k by now if there were people offering.

There is a blue 991.1 GT3 at Porsche Bellevue that would make a nice track car for someone. Cantrell cage, Girodisc rotors. Car has been tracked! Asking $124k for it, pretty reasonable from a dealership.
