21K miles? If one owner, no stories, well spec'ed, maybe 10K over sticker? I'd prolly pay more for a lower mileage car though-
I’m looking at two cars. One is a $220k car for $249k w/21k miles, the other is a $208k car for $249k with 8500 miles. Both single owners.
I’m just not willing to stretch into the $275 range cars when I’m not sure the prices will hold in this worsening market (global economy, not the pcar market).

Take this how ever you want...you are crazy to even consider paying 249k for an RS with 21k miles.
I would go for the one that checks more boxes on the specs that matter to you. Resale seems to be hit hardest on not having buckets and FAL, and to a lesser degree PCCB's. The WP does not seem to have a big impact.
