The GT market is a smoke and mirrors bubble. They just move from dealer to dealer. Same cars. And the kicker is dealer B just raise the price after it sits at dealer A for 4 months. Bubble is bursting. Glut of GT cars.
Options seem possibly to be negative to some but I like the build. The things that give me pause are PCCB measure with that mileage (possibly from track) and the cutouts in the rear parcel shelf which I suspect were from a cage (track miles don't scare me but lack of history does). Would need to find a local shop for PPI if anyone knows of one. Thanks
There are 199 991 GT3s listed on Autotrader today/
There are 110 991 GT3 RS listed on Autotrader today.
It looks to me that there is a lot of inventory but it is not moving but people continue to go on BaT and pay the premium.
At some point dealers will need to do something to move these 309 cars by fall. People are not buying sports cars in the winter.
You're probably a lot better at the search than I am, but I had 58 991.2 GT3's and maybe 20 of those Touring (some dupes) package out of those nationwide, the pricing still seemed rather aggressive tho.

not really fair if you don’t narrow it down and specify the years

Yes and no, I think you are right that we could get down to .1 vs .2 / PDK vs. Manual / Std Color vs. PTS. It's hard to look at the broader market at the micro level. The way I see it is I should see total number of GT3 + GT3RS on the market continue to rise as an indicator that cars are not moving at the Marco level regardless of spec.

No question it’s softening. The question is how soft does it get and when. Imagine people are waiting for a bottom (like the housing market) before they start buying again.
Well, the stocks are bouncing already but it’s not clear whether it will hold. That car will be bid to more than that in a year or two for sure. Also, try configure a manual 992 with a couple of performance options and you’ll be close to that GT3. I just don’t see these things not holding value in dollar terms, medium and long-term.
Interested to hear thoughts if I have this priced right?
I think you're right on the money. I've seen the desirable(dark greens) PTS winged cars do 210-230k but those were 6MT, low miles and nicer specs with PCCB's. You have higher miles, less desirable PTS(very close to Lizard/Python), PDK and less options(no PCCB's) so I think a 190's price is fair. Market will basically speak, if you get 20 messages saying I have cash in hand ready to buy then you've underpriced it. If you get 1 or 2 messages with lots of questions/asking for a PPI/etc then you know its priced fair.

That's what I have been seeing 1-2 mesg lots of questions. Couple dealers with offers in the 175-184 range.
