FWIW, I know of a 15k mile PTS meerblau touring that was traded in on a Ferrari. Dealer paid 200k for the car. Had PCCBs, buckets, FAL, and a few other options. Wasn't me and have no skin in the game other than considering selling my 996 gt3 for a 997.2 or 991.2 gt3.

EDIT: the car was in fact NOT traded. Couldn't let a good one go. Kept along side the Ferrari. Can use the 200k figure as another data point for the current market.

This seems to be the sweet spot currently. I agree with this price range.

Must be this car:

Someone I know just bought a 991.2 GT3 Black, 6MT, PCCB's, FAL, 7k miles, full car PPF for 188k. MSRP was 188k on the car. Market definitely coming down.

You would be incorrect. It is not that car. As of yesterday, it wasn't traded in on the Ferrari. Instead, it was kept along side the Ferrari. The car was too good to let go. The trade value is a good data point for those in the market.

Just wait until winter. This market has been propped up on dealer-dealer smoke and mirror transactions. The music has stopped.

Everyone's money is worth less than 6 months ago. The market may soften, cars stay on the market for longer etc but nobody is going to a find a deal on a good no stories car.

There will be plenty of good deals on not story cars. Just stand by. This gig is up and these and all other overpriced cars are just sitting.

i can’t wait! I want to find a .2RS with sofas that isn’t 275k. Hopefully this winter I get in one under 250.

your money is worth more, your car is worth less. - but fortunately not worthless. Just put my car on a transport - getting declining market money back and paying good money to get the car I want. Life is short, drive one of the best cars that will EVER be made.

also, if you are paying 265K for a car what you for sure want is a super high-magnification image of the heated seat button, could be a deal breaker without it.

Wanted to subscribe to this thread as my dream is to own a 991.2 GT3 Touring. Hopefully as mentioned prices will soften a bit more as 992 GT3's start rolling out on the streets so my delta won't be so high to level up from my Spyder
