There's no price listed on this one unless someone called Marshall Goldman to find out. The price listed in this link is just a fair market value price.
I've been keeping up with this thread for quite awhile and haven't seen anything on this car - seems to have a beloved PTS and all the right options and not a completely ridiculous price (from which to start off negotiating). Anyone know something about it - paintwork, bad DME, track car, etc???? 3500 miles with clean carfax with 3 owners. Thanks
I checked out the car when it was at Rusnak back in February. They were asking $245,000 and wouldn’t budge, so I passed. The car was in perfect condition.

Yes, it’s perfect. Traded it in for my 992 this winter. Car was flipped twice upon delivery and I purchased it as the third owner with 700 miles right when Covid hit. While it had some coating, I added Modesta and had the paint corrected.
Kind of sad to now see it sitting at Allen. Someone should rescue her.

I was told by the current selling dealer that they have it on consignment from the guy who bought it from Rusnak. He didn’t care for the ride/experience of it hence the sale. I thought this would void the CPO if a non franchise Porsche dealer sells it. Looks like an awesome car.

If it’s really on consignment. I would think the paperwork will show it going from the current owner to the new owner, meaning a private sale and the CPO is transferable.
I'm currently shopping for a 991 GT3 having recently sold my 996 gt3. What resources are buyers using to check out the history on their potential purchases? I obviously look at carfax's, and google VIN's - but I'm wondering if there are other resources I'm not aware of.

Where Carfax indicates, I've reached out directly to the servicing dealer/shop to help vet past purchases. Especially if the car is now fully disassociated from that dealer and prior owner.
Call and give them vin, ask if I can speak with the service advisor who worked with the car. Can start by just verifying some of the service history as indicated on Carfax, inquire if there are any services that didn't make the record, then ease into a speak freely type discussion. Eventually just ask them directly if they think there would be any reason whatsoever to hesitate on a buy, in their opinion... I've found some service dep guys to be really open and helpful. Once found out a car's factory warranty was voided this way. Other times advisors couldn't say enough about how well a car was cared for, babied. Never know what you'll learn.
Seems like a fair price. 9k low-option graphite blue metallic just sold for +$90k to sticker on Pcarmarket, so this high option PTS (voodoo) sub 1k mile car at what appears to be +$90k to sticker seems to make (more?) sense.
