No Front Axle Lift is truly the biggest mistake a new GT3 buyer can make. Even if you don’t think you need it, it’s worth a ton in resale.

I agree. No lift, no leather interior, spent good money on PTS and full body ppf only to cover it up with matte films...some contradicting decisions for the average buyer

I would say thats a geographical need. I am in florida, where its FLAT. I have always had low cars and never had an issue

I wasn’t trying to start the age old debate about FAL or no FAL. From being in the market for a while, I just say that no FAL devalues your car by 5 figures…not arguing whether it should or shouldn’t.

In my case, no FAL and no PCCB. Therefore, I should just toss it into the bin.

Mine will be next to yours since it has the highly undesirable wing

Like others, I ordered my build with my needs in mind, not the needs of the next owner - because there won't be one.

Seems like a fair price. 9k low-option graphite blue metallic just sold for +$90k to sticker on Pcarmarket, so this high option PTS (voodoo) sub 1k mile car at what appears to be +$90k to sticker seems to make (more?) sense.

whoever gets it, please drive it.

Voodoo blue 👍👍👍

.2 GT3RS Doesn't meet reserve at $275k. Some people really live in fantasy land.

I think the only real option you need for resale are buckets. Maybe PCCBs but if you are going to track then steels are fine and FAL is just more weight and something else that will break.

there was 2 sales recently over $330k. $275 was too low for a no miles RS.
