I don’t see the prices of the manual cars going anywhere but up. I’m serious. Try to find a car that’s more enjoyable to drive than a
manual 991.2 or 992 gt3 for less than $300k. The new one is no more fun than the old one. I wouldn’t take less than 350k for my 991 touring. Doubt many others will either.

I'm a big manual guy as well but if I were offered a 600LT spider / 675LT / MC20 / EVO RWD for 300k vs a GT3 marked up 100k from MSRP, I'd personally take the other cars. Unless I had mostly track aspirations, in which case you can't touch a GT3's durability.

Looked at a .2 RS over the weekend. WP, 1k miles, highly optioned car. The price wasn’t listed online at the time but they’re asking 309k. It seemed like just a few weeks ago 285k for a similarly spec’d car was high.

I’m particularly interested to see what happens with this car. Will it sit or will someone jump on it…

I think the wrap is hurting this combined with the fact that it's black underneath. If it was chalk it'd be gone.
