I decided today I want to find a .2 chalk with 18 ways. God help me this could take years.

This would indicate about 9% had 18-ways.

Combined with Chalk being just under 9% as well, but FAL being on 90%, the average likelihood would be roughly 0.70% or probably about 10 cars.
