hi -- sorry its taken a while to reply -- just saw this. yes, they put a bracket on front bumper, which ill use for my USA plate too. you have to make a special request to tape plate to front bumper. based on other people's postings the factory may or may not comply with that request. it seems to be hit or miss.

Loved the European Delivery. I picked up 2 BMWs however I have one question I have never been able to solve so I can't get European Delivery on a Porsche.
Do they still screw the front License plate into the bumper?
This is a no go for me since I am not required a license plate in the front and I don't want one and there is no way to fix the holes made in the Bumper
