what’s up with this one? Super basic build. Clean car fax but .1 rear end. Weird.

And where's the H in Porsche on the back?!

Steven’s Creek had that exact same build on their showroom floor for almost a year. I had a standing offer of sticker on the car, but they wouldn’t accept it. They eventually sold it for $40k over.

if you know anything about the RS then you would know that these are solid cars - not having a warranty should not deter you
and having a roll cage is a positive rather than a negative, at least $4-5K in value

I think with the PTS color and PPF it currently could probably sell for 200k. Also I was able to get a Fidelity platinum warranty on my 16 RS. Not all can but if the seller were to get it I think it would help it sell for close to MSRP. There is a lot of value in the extras if they are on your mod list. Not under warranty is what is probably holding it back. I think bottom out price of this car is $165k; $150k for standard RS IMHO.

I'm just curious, what is the "non-inflated" price for a .1RS? I would guess that these cars have a pretty high floor, even for what is now a 5 year old car, it's still an RS GT3. I just can't imagine these are ever going to drop much below $150k, even those that have over 10k miles. As someone in the process of buying right now, it was very hard for me to overlook the RS even though it might be not the right fit as a 80% street/20% track car - they just seem like the best 991 GT3 value right now. Granted, I'm new to this.
Not long ago, some time last year my local Porsche dealer in NJ, I want to say it was Flemington Porsche (and a couple of other dealers) who offered me $130-$140K for my 2016 RS (7K miles, 210K MSRP) with 18 months of CPO warranty against a .2 RS at the time which was about 20K below MSRP
I traded in the same car for a significantly higher number, a month or so ago and ended up taking advantage of the market craziness. Now I have a .2 RS which seems to be much more stable when it comes to pricing, well, I guess at least until about the 992 RS shows up!
So yes, if you think there is a bottom at $150K, I would say that is not true, if I were to guess, the bottom for a .1RS is around the $130-$120K range, at which value it will stabilize, albeit, under normal market conditions.

Yeah right before it got crazy .1 RS prices were 140-145k for one with around 10k miles and a launch color. .2 were around 180k.
If I had to make a guess it’ll get back to there in 1-2 years or even less. New GT3 and RS isn’t a hybrid or electric so values of the prior gen will be pushed down as demand catches up.
