Thanks, that's definitely a PCM 3.1 in that car. I'm guessing they added NAV TV and/or the Joyeauto enhancements. Otherwise I'd love to see someone do a PCM 4.0 conversion! Still a lovely car.
Not a GT3, but this GT2 RS is kinda interesting. This one is finished in Chromaflair Explosive Gold which would have cost the original owner $95k when new. It had a $483k original MSRP of which $120k was for CXX. Dealer is still asking $580k which is nearly $100k over the original MSRP.
IMO they will be hard pressed to get anywhere near their asking price considering that it is $100k over sticker and there is probably a small market if any willing to pay six figure sums extra for this color. I think the color is absolutely awful and to me looks similar to the color of urine.

Black Touring with 1700 miles. PCCB, FAL, LED’s and full leather deviated yellow stitching. $178k ordinal MSRP. Asking price is $215k. Probably won’t last too long at this price, so someone better snag this one before Isringhausen does lol.

One of the crazy things about current market prices is the disconnect between what these cars are worth today and what agreed value insurance says they are worth. My 2011 997 TTS is way under-insured compared to what they’ve been selling for on Bat.
Same with my .1 GT3 - it’s a 1 of 1 PTS color and my supposedly “high net worth” insurance company had no clue how to value it - their system literally had a breakdown
The Hagerty pricing guides for all GTs are lagging way behind the market currently.
