^^^^^^This was previously listed for 140k in the Market Place in April of 2020 with 9,500 miles. Looks to be trading hands again. https://rennlist.com/forums/market/1188571

Thank you, finally someone else that thinks some of this pricing is insane. Guess I’m bitter as I still haven’t been able to snag a GT3 for my garage!

Wow, 89k over MSRP. I know that’s asking price, but I wonder if they are getting anywhere near that number.

This one just sold for $212k with fees. Didn’t seem like much of a showing in the final minutes when the car sold.

I think the fees are capped at $5000 so it sold for $205,200 with fees

That's the problem... there's you and a bunch of other guy's on the sideline waiting. Still much more demand than supply.

The final bid was $207k and sold for that not including the $5k BaT fee for this car. It takes a little while for the auction to acknowledge the selling price.

At the current prices, absolutely more demand than supply. We all keep hoping the 992 provides some balance to the market.

IMO, almost a perfect spec. Looks the business. So simple and purposeful. Standard iron brakes and it would be perfect.

I don't think it's going too. I know no one likes to bash porsche designers, especially the pro paid written reviewers, but the 992 just doesn't look as good as the 991.2. When the 992 was revealed you saw this price spike start picking up. So call it limited supply on the market or whatever have you, but you have pretty much a perfected design on the 991.2, and a timeless design at that if this is the direction Porsche is going now. There is certainly no shortage of these. Owners see $$ and they are selling constantly.

I noticed the 991.2 prices go up as well as soon as the 992 came out..

Are you guys referring specifically to the 992 GT3 or the whole model line up? I think the 992 C2S looks good, but agree on the looks of the new 992 GT3... at least till I see one in person.
