I read through this thread everyday. I love Porsche and am on my 11th new Porsche since 2001. I’ve never ever been offended a slot by my local dealers for a GT3. I guess I don’t buy enough Porsche’s..I really don’t know.
You guys are so lucky, so blessed to be able to get a GT3...I can only dream...but for now I’m enjoying my lowly 2017 GTS at the track all the time. Enjoy your cars and Happy New Year!!!

I’m confident an open point would probably do better w/allocations, in consideration of the investment with a new facility and the likelihood the new point has a higher planning potential.

That is actually pretty good and I bet a Rennlister would jump on it if you pass - a bird in the hand... but up to you my friend
The GTS is a great package and I actually like the "drama-free"-ness of the car compared with the flaming hula hoops you need to jump through for the GT3 lol. If I wasn't so in love with the 991 GT3 design and needed rear seats, I likely would have gone for the GTS.
I actually am very happy for him and his amazing collection, likely nicer than what I will collectively acquire in my lifetime. Hope he enjoys it in the best of health. But I was flabbergasted that someone who has that caliber of a collection can't notice how enthusiasts are starving for allocations of GT cars on this exact thread, then proceeds to try and solicit advice on how to get under MSRP on a GT2RS which has seen ADMs north of $100-150k, since he got under MSRP on a .2 GT3 allocation being a VVVVVIP client. Again - just felt a little tone deaf, but just my humble opinion.

yes, I have a 918 and part of the VIP program however my dealer told me he could only do msrp on the GT3 and other cars until I firmly requested it. For the GT2RS he is doing the same thing just wanted to know how much pressure I can apply. Us mere mortals who have to beg and hope to get GT allocations for MSRP would love to a customer who's got juice go to battle against a big dealer and win. Put them squeeze on them like a pimple. Good luck.

Just asked a question and thought I would ask advice from other members and sponsors on this site.
I’ve been a member of this board for a while, have bought cars from Rennlist members and sponsors and have sold cars to other members all trying to be a part of the community
