A good friend of mine has decided to pass on his heavily optioned Miami Blue 2018 GT3 arriving at the dealer in a few days.
If anyone is interested, they can call him at (407) 687-8008 for details.

Who says ADMs are dead.

Edit: this forum software is terrible.

$226k ask for a GT Silver manual at Monterey Porsche was what I was trying to post.

People can choose to believe what they want to believe, but there are lots of these cars selling for way over MSRP right now.

Just saw a $172K msrp .2GT3 that sold for $219K.
Based on that I wouldn't let my RS go for less than $250K if this is what's happening. While a GT2RS msrp is $292K you can't touch them for less than $350,000 base.

I actually don’t think there are many MSRP deals out there right now, nor will be likely in the future. I searched very hard and had resigned myself to a 992 GT3 if I was going to get one at MSRP, after my dealer fell through.

There were very unique circumstances around why my one (not my build) became available at MSRP that I’ll elaborate more on at a later time, that I doubt will be repeated too often.

Heck, even the local dealer I was talking to wanted to know where it was located and if I didn’t jump on it to let them know so they could, and sell it over sticker.

This ^ or a used 991.2 GT3 when the 992s are released. That said I would have a tough time paying MSRP on a used .2 with Xmiles when compared to msrp on a configurable 992 with ED and Zero miles. Question is will it have a manual and will it be NA?

Guy's legit. Asking $3k over. Nice build. PDK.

On the for sale thread for the same car someone said the owner wanted $10k over when he called. So does that mean he's come down? It's been a week and multiple posts on Rennlist and the car is still for sale.

You would have to take that up with him, I'm just sharing what I was offered.

Although I would never do it, you can't fault the guy for being a bit opportunistic while not being too greedy, $3k-$10k over in this exact market for an immediate car is a good deal if it is 'Your' spec.

Here's a special car from a special guy. A long, long time ago I sold BMWs at Braman Motorcars in Palm Beach, FL and had the pleasure of meeting Gordon Hunter, the Porsche sales manager. Brings back a lot of great memories as I had the time of my life selling BMWs and worked with some awesome people. It was a great dealership at the time.

Fast forward 25 or so years, and Gordon's at Suncoast as Sales Manager. He's a class act.

They have a Jet Black Manual asking $15k over. Also, can be Certified. It has 100 miles on the clock, owner doesn't like the manual transmission.

Call Gordon at 561-307-2208 for the details. Owner wants to get the sales tax out of the car (which seems fair). This is better than new with CPO. I have NOTHING to do with this sale, just passing along because I'd love to help out an old colleague plus help fellow Rennlister get a late Christmas present.

Just wanted to throw this out there as well - Porsche of Irvine (the new dealership in SoCal) seems to be getting a good amount of built GT3s unspoken for hitting their lot (with ADMs of course)

I keep seeing a new GT3 or two every week or so being advertised by various SAs on Instagram...For those willing to take a .2 spec'd you might have luck whittling down their ADMs
