I just got confirmation on a PTS allocation from Porsche DTLA, December build and February delivery. Build locks 8/20. Please note that I have had my allocation since February, this is not a "new" allocation but rather my allocation has - finally! - been approved for PTS. Until today, my PTS build had been denied several times since February. An interesting tidbit I got from my SA was that the slots for PTS are 15% full for all comers (GT3 and otherwise) for December builds. All months prior are booked for PTS. Hence, if you have an allocation and want PTS, at least according to my SA, there is still a chance that you can get PTS - as long as you do not mind delaying your build to December. I don't mind at all - I like the idea of having one of the last 991.2 GT3 builds.
....and no, I have not decided on a color. What a great tough decision to have. My current top choice is light ivory for the GT3T. Understated but classy and with a pedigree (it was on the original 911 R). But I could change my mind - several times over - between now and mid-August. If I were to get a winged GT3, I'd go with a color with more pop - voodoo, golf, gulf, signal yellow, olive green...
Congrats. Light ivory would be cool. I would make up my mind and put it in now if I were you. They are so fickle about stuff I would just put it in as opposed to risk waiting until the 20th.
Evilfij - Thanks and you are absolutely right. I have a build submitted that I am thrilled with in light ivory but I - should - have a couple of weeks to tweak my build, but if not, I am good to go.
Definitely go with light ivory; perfect for the touring. Like evilfij said, I wouldn't waste any time and just lock in the color and sit back and wait......

Hey fellas...checking in with my touring build. It’s been quite a journey from having, to not having, and then back to having PTS again. I was seriously considering GTS red but eventually went back to my original choice of Oslo blue. Second time around so happy that I had gotten PTS back, I decided to go with some Cognac leather and houndstooth inserts for the buckets. Other details include the standard chrome trim, silver LED, satin aluminum wheels, and also silver seat belts. Build is in November and delivery early January 2019.
